#PWKL Today we will make a wonderful and juicy sweet... which is Jodhpur's famous Kachori made with a mixture of royal spices... You must have eaten salty kachori a lot, try this raspberry kachori once. This Kachori is made by mixing special spices with mawa.

Ingredients for sahi mava kachori Recipe

  • 37.50 grams Plain mawa
  • 1/2 nos Cardamoms
  • As required A Little Nutmeg
  • As required a pinch of mace
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 nos tbs ghee
  • 25 gm Sugar

Directions: Sahi Mava Kachori Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix ghee in flour and knead a tight dough. Keep it for a while.
  • STEP 2.For the filling, roast the mawa until it turns golden.
  • STEP 3. Mix fine cardamom, fine nutmeg and fine mace. cool it and make small balls.
  • STEP 4.Now roll out the flour roti, put the mawa ball in it, make a bundle and press it with hands to make Kachori.
  • STEP 5.Make all the Kachoriya like this.
  • STEP 6.Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the kachori until it turns golden.
  • STEP 7.Now mix sugar and water (the same amount of sugar&water and make the syrup
  • STEP 8.Now apply hot sugar syrup on the Kachori and garnish with almonds and pistachios.
