Ingredients for Sahi gulab jamun Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Half cup Onion
  • 1/4 cup Tomato
  • 1/2 tbsp kaju
  • 1/4 tbsp ginger garlic and green chilli
  • 1/4 tbsp Melon seeds
  • 1/4 tsp kasuri methi
  • 3/4 tbsp maida
  • 0.13 cup Khoya
  • 0.13 tsp Baking soda
  • 3/4 tbsp dry blue berry and black raisins
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tbsp Crushed garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tbsp Kitchen king masala
  • 1/4 tsp Kasoori methi
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut milk
  • 1/4 tbsp Deggi mirch
  • 1/2 cup Oil

Directions: Sahi Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pressure cooker put chopped onion, tomato, melon seeds, kaju , kasuri methi, ginger garlic and chilli.
  • STEP 2.Then pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium heat.
  • STEP 3.When the pressure come down open the lid mash the ingredients which we put in cooker after that straining the puree through strainer.
  • STEP 4.In a bowl put maida, soda and khoya make a soft dough then divide the mixture into 9-10 portions.
  • STEP 5.Take one dough place some blue berry and raisins then gently roll into round shape.
  • STEP 6.Take a pan put enough oil for frying the balls. Then fry them till golden brown. Take a another pan put butter , Garlic crushed ,ginger garlic paste then put kitchen King masala , kasoori methi cook for 2 minutes . Then put puree add salt to taste , deggi mirch and coconut milk after that add balls cook for 5 minutes. Then serve with rice or breads.
