  • 1 cup saffron socked Milk
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1.50 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Bengali garam mashala – p
  • 1 inch Whole garam masala ]– cinnamon stick,2 3 cloves,3 4 green cardamom ,1 big cardamom
  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder
  • 14-16 Roasted cashew
  • 12-14 Raisin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Rose water
  • 300 gram For making the FISHBALL we need: Boneless fish fillet
  • 2 Cheese – slices grated
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 4 Garlic – cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 3 piece Green chili
  • 4 tablespoon cornflour – as needed
  • As required Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fress Coriender leaves
  • 2 tablespoon White oil – for sauté the fillet,1tbs for the mixture, and for deep frying
  • 2 For making the SHAHI GRAVY we need : Onion medium size
  • 4-5 Garlic – cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1-2 Green chili
  • 2 tomato – medium size
  • 5-6 cashew pices
  • 1 tablespoon Melon seeds
  • 1 cup Stock
  • 1.50 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin Powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garam mashala
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli Powder
  • 1 inch Whole garam masala – cinnamon stick,2 cloves,3 green cardamom ,1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon kasuri methi – crushed
  • cup Thick yogurt – half
  • 2 tablespoon White oil
  • 1 tablespoon Clarified Butter
