Ingredients for Sagoo kheer Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup lit full fat milk
  • 0.38 cup th cup soaked Sabudana
  • 4 tbsp suger(adjust as needed)
  • 0.13 tsp cardamons power
  • A Few Keser..few threads

Directions: Sagoo Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Heat a kadhai pour 1 liter milk put the cardamoms .boil milk till it's quantity is bit reduced. Next add the soaked Sabudana
  • STEP 2.2.when Sabudana is transparents add suger an kesar. Give a nice mix. As suger is dissolved, check the consistency .
  • STEP 3.3. Add rest of the milk mix gently. Let it be on slow heat . As you find it boiling into the perfect consistency.
  • STEP 4.4. You can add any dryfruits of your choice switch the flame off. Sagoo kheer is ready.
  • STEP 5.5. Let the kheer become warm or come to room temperature . Serve then..
