STEP 1.1.Heat a kadhai pour 1 liter milk put the cardamoms .boil milk till it's quantity is bit reduced. Next add the soaked Sabudana
STEP 2.2.when Sabudana is transparents add suger an kesar. Give a nice mix. As suger is dissolved, check the consistency .
STEP 3.3. Add rest of the milk mix gently. Let it be on slow heat . As you find it boiling into the perfect consistency.
STEP 4.4. You can add any dryfruits of your choice switch the flame off. Sagoo kheer is ready.
STEP 5.5. Let the kheer become warm or come to room temperature . Serve then..
