  • 1/2 cup Sago Pearls
  • 1 Medium Sized Potatoes, Boiled And Mashed
  • 1 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger, Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the sago pearls in water for 2-3 hours.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and mix the soaked sago pearls with mashed potatoes, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and spices.
  • STEP 3.Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into tikkis.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.

  • Make sure to soak the sago pearls properly to ensure they become soft and easy to mix.
