STEP 1.1. In a kadai take water & bring it to boil. Add sago pearl & keep boiling till pearls look transparent. Strain the transparent sago pearls & keep them aside
STEP 2.2. In a deep saucepan take milk & bring it to boil. Then add sugar, agar agar powder, milk powder. Stir it & boil in medium flame for 4-5 min. Add vanilla essence, sago pearl and stir nicely. There should not be any lumps. After 2-3 mins switch off the flame
STEP 3.3. Spread the tutti frutti on a bowl, pour the sago milk & keep aside until it comes to room temperature. Then put it in a fridge for 1-2 hrs or until the sago milk set on the bowl
STEP 4.4. With the help of a knife loosen the sides of thickened sago milk & carefully demould it in a serving dish. Garnish it with chopped pistachio and delicious sago pudding is ready to serve as dessert
