This dish is of Aparajita flower and sabudana, Aparajita flower has many benefits, in enhancing memory, beauty and shine of hair, reduces stress, eliminates insomnia, this is a natural herb.
STEP 1.First wash the sabudana 2-3 times with clean water and keep it soaked for 1 hour. Also wash the flower of Aparajita. Soak half a flower in 1 cup hot water and half a flower in 1 cup hot milk. Cover and keep it for 1 hour.
STEP 2.Now heat the steeped sabudana in a thick-bottomed pan. After 2 minutes, strain the blue water and add it. Let the mixture boil for 3-4 minutes. Add sugar. Once the sabudana is transparent, strain the blue milk. Adding cardamom powder.
STEP 3.Take it off in 2 to 3 minutes. After it cools down, keep it in the freezer. Sago blue pudding is ready. Serve cold.
