STEP 1.In a bowl add a cup of cornmeal, salt, water and mix it. In a cooking pot add the cornmeal mixture and stir until pap is formed

STEP 1. Cook it for about 10 -15 mins . Reduce the heat nd add the remaining cup of cornmeal and stir continously until desired consistency

STEP 1. Cover and cook for another 10 mins with occasional stirring to avoid burning. Cook if it is still soft and remove if it is of desired consistency.
