STEP 2.Boil the potatoes, then peel and mash them. Keep aside.
STEP 3.Drain out the water from the sabudana. No water should remain in it, otherwise the mixture will start to leave water.
STEP 4.Take a bowl, add in the sabudana and mashed potato, then add in all the spices, ginger-chilli paste in it. Take some amount of mixture and give it pattice shapes or any shape of your choice.
STEP 5.Heat the oil and deep fry these pattices.
STEP 6.Serve them hot with any coriander chutney
