STEP 1.Soak sabudana for atleast 5 hours. For soaking sabudana in water the proportion must be equal (1:1).
STEP 2.Boil n grated potato. Add to sabudana, add chilli paste, jeera, roasted n crushed peanut, salt. Mix all properly, press slightly, when combines make balls n flatten it.
STEP 3.Make hole in middle like medu vada. Do shapes as u like.
