Ingredients for Sabudana vada Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Sabudana
  • 1.50 nos boiled and mashed potato
  • 1/4 cup Roasted and crushed peanut
  • 1/4 tsp ginger finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • 1 nos Finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • As required Sendha salt to taste
  • As required Oil For Frying

Directions: Sabudana Vada Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly in a large bowl take sabudana and soak with enough water for 3hours
  • STEP 2.Drain off the water and rest for 30 minutes allowing to drain off water completely
  • STEP 3.Now take the soak sabudana in a bowl also add mashed potato, peanut, ginger, chilli, corrinder and salt mix and.mash well with your hand
  • STEP 4.Prepare vada by deep frying
  • STEP 5.Finally serve sabudana Vada with gravy aloo and chutney
