Sabudana Toast Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Sabudana Toast is a delicious and crispy snack made with soaked sabudana (tapioca pearls), bread slices, and a flavorful potato filling. It is a popular dish during fasting or vrat (religious fasting) days in India. The sabudana is mixed with mashed potatoes, spices, and herbs, and then spread on bread slices. The toasts are then shallow-fried until golden and crispy. These toasts are perfect for breakfast, evening snacks, or as a party appetizer.
