STEP 1.Firstly soak the sabudana in a bowl and rinse with water
STEP 2.Dip the sago completely and rest for 2-3hours
STEP 3.Once they are soft strain the excess water and keep it aside
STEP 4.Roast peanut and dry fruit.on a hot pan
STEP 5.Heat the ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds
STEP 6.Green chilli, curry leaves, chopped ginger cook them for a few seconds or till the raw smell of ginger goes away
STEP 7.Now add salt black pepper and potato cubes stir cook well till it becomes golden brown in colour
STEP 8.After that add sabudana and mix well now add roasted peanut,dry fruit and kishmish
STEP 9.Saute for 4-5minutes on low flame
STEP 10.After that switch off the flame and sprinkle fresh corrinder and mix well
STEP 11.Finally hot and delicious sabudana khichdi for fast is ready to be served
