Sabudana Khichdi is basically a fasting recipe but me & my mom likes this dish anytime. Certainly its my mom's all time favourite dish. This mother's Day I want to dedicate this recipe to my mom.

STEP 1.Wash and soak sabudana for at least 5 to 6 hrs. Add water to the level of sabudana so that khichdi cannot become sticky.
STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil add cumin seeds. Then add slit green chillies,curry leaves & saute it. Further add boiled potatoes and sabudana. Also add salt, sugar & roasted ground nuts powder and mix everything well. Cover it let it cook for 3 to 4 mins.
STEP 3.Lastly add lemon juice and mix it. Serve the delicious sabudana khichdi topped with pomegranate seeds and farali chivda. Enjoy☺️
