Ingredients for Sabudana Kheer Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Sabudana
  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon elachi powder
  • As required Dry fruits (badam
  • As required kismis)
  • 1/2 nos glass water
  • 0-1/2 nos stick kesar
  • 50 g Sugar

Directions: Sabudana Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the sabudana for 3 to 5 hours.
  • STEP 2.Take sabudana in the pan and add 1 glass of water boiled it. Till it becomes transparent and thick.
  • STEP 3.Then add milk in it.
  • STEP 4.After the sabudana and concerned gets boiled properly add sugar and kesar.
  • STEP 5.After sugar melts throughly turn off the gass.
  • STEP 6.Add some dry fruites as required.
  • STEP 7.For chilling, keep it freeze.
  • STEP 8.Serve it.
  • STEP 9.Enjoy!!!
