Ingredients for Sabudana kheer Recipe

  • 1/5 kg Milk
  • As required ½ cup tapioca sago
  • 0.40 nos green cardamom
  • As required ½ cup Sugar
  • 2.40 nos cashew nuts
  • 2 nos kishmish

Directions: Sabudana Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan add milk in it and boil.
  • STEP 2.Then wash the sabudana properly.Soak it for 15-20 min .
  • STEP 3.Add soaked sabudana in milk , cook it at low flame.
  • STEP 4.Cook the kheer properly so that the sabudana becomes soft .
  • STEP 5.Add sugar and mix well.
  • STEP 6.When the kheer becomes thick then add some water and boil it.
  • STEP 7.Add green cardamom ,dry fruits in it.
  • STEP 8.Now ready to serve sabudana kheer.
