Ingredients for Sabudana cutlets Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Sabudana
  • 1.50 Pieces Potato
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
  • As Required Oil
  • A Few Peanuts

Directions: Sabudana Cutlets Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the sabudana for overnight or 4-5 hrs. Boil the potatoes... mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Boil potato, sabudana, salt, black pepper powder, roasted peanuts. Bind all the ingredients and make oval shaped cutlets. Heat tha pan put oil for frying the cutlets..... deep fry till it turns golden in colour. Sever these cutlets with potato chips. Enjy fasting
