STEP 1.Soak sago pearls for 3 hours and strain for 30 minutes.
STEP 2.In a mixing bowl add the sago beans.
STEP 3.Add 2 potatoes and ½ cup of peanuts.
STEP 4.Add ½ tsp of ginger paste, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 chopped green chili, 2 tbsp of coriander and ½ tsp of salt.
STEP 5.Mash everything well by pressing with your fist.
STEP 6.Take the appe pan and on medium flame add a few drops of oil.
STEP 7.Once the oil is hot add the sago mix with a tablespoon and roast both sides by turning simultaneously.
STEP 8.When the appe is golden brown in appearance take them out of the pan.
STEP 9.Serve sabudana appe hot on a plate and enjoy.
