Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is browned on all sides.
  • STEP 5.Add spinach leaves, green chilies, and a little water. Cover and cook until the spinach wilts.
