  • 160 gram Marie biscuits
  • 320 gram Fruit cake
  • 60 gram Cashew nuts
  • 120 gram Cocoa powder
  • 120 gram Corn syrup
  • 120 milliliter Dark rum
  • 200 gram Melted Dark chocolate

Directions: Rum Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl crush marie biscuits or wafers

step 2

  • STEP 2.Add crushed fruit cakes

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add crushed cashew nuts

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add cocoa powder

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add corn syrup and dark rum

step 6

  • STEP 6.Mix well

step 7

  • STEP 7.Make small portions and refrigerate for 30mins

step 8

  • STEP 8.Make the portion into small round balls

step 9

  • STEP 9.Dip the balls into the melted dark chocolates

step 10

  • STEP 10.Refrigerate until needed
