Ingredients for Rui Posto Recipe

  • 1 pieces Ruhu fish
  • 1/2 tbsp Khuskhus
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 nos green chilli
  • 0.13 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp red chilli powder
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup Of water

Directions: Rui Posto Recipe

  • STEP 1.First heat the pan add mustard oil. Now coat the fish pieces with a pinch of salt & turmeric powder and deep fry both side.
  • STEP 2.Then make a paste of khuskhus & mustard powder.
  • STEP 3.Now, on the same pan add slitted chillies then add salt, turmeric & red chilli powder saute for a second and add fried fish.
  • STEP 4.Now add water and wait till a boil. Then add the paste and ad few drops of mustard oil from top. Now ready rui posto.
