STEP 1.First heat the pan add mustard oil. Now coat the fish pieces with a pinch of salt & turmeric powder and deep fry both side.
STEP 2.Then make a paste of khuskhus & mustard powder.
STEP 3.Now, on the same pan add slitted chillies then add salt, turmeric & red chilli powder saute for a second and add fried fish.
STEP 4.Now add water and wait till a boil. Then add the paste and ad few drops of mustard oil from top. Now ready rui posto.
