STEP 1.In a bowl marinate the prawns with 1 tsp salt,½ turmeric powder,½ lime juice and water. Wash twice and drain the water

STEP 1.Again marinate the prawns with salt,pinch of turmeric powder,1 tsp red chili powder,1 ½ ginger garlic paste and rest for ½ an hour

STEP 1.Heat pan with 3 tsp cooking oil. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, let them pop

STEP 1.Add curry leaves and chopped onion and fry them until light brown . Add the marinated prawns and mix well

STEP 1.Add salt to taste and cook until the oil separated . Add garam masala and coriander powder , cook until the prawns get hard
step 6
STEP 1.Garnish with chopped mint and coriander powder . Serve rice or biryani
