Shahi Tukda was one of the best and favorite deserts of Mughal Emperors and it was their festive Iftar Meal. Shahi Tukda is a rich traditional Mughlai dessert made of bread, milk, and ghee and garnished with dry fruits.
STEP 1.Cut the sides of the bread and cut into triangles.
STEP 2.Fry both sides of the bread slices in hot ghee till it turns golden brown.
STEP 3.Dip both sides of the bread in sugar syrup.
STEP 4.Then on a plate pour in 1/2 cup of prepared rabri and place in fried bread slices.
STEP 5.Finally, garnish with some chopped nuts and serve the shahi tukda.
