Ingredients for Royal Mango falooda Recipe

  • 1/2 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • 0.38 cup Falooda sev
  • 1 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Mango pulp or puree
  • 1 tbsp Rose syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped almonds and Cashews
  • 1/2 cup cup mangoes cut into

Directions: Royal Mango Falooda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take Chia seeds in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of water.
  • STEP 2.Let it soak for 20-30 minutes. They will get bigger and absorb most of the water.
  • STEP 3.Bring around 3 cups of water to a rolling boil in a pan for cooking falooda sev.
  • STEP 4.Add sev as soon as the water comes to a boil and cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain the water and rinse the sev with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • STEP 5.Add sugar into the milk and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • STEP 6.Peel and cut the mangoes into cubes. Keep 1 cup of mango 🥭cubes and make a puree of rest.
  • STEP 7.Start assembling. Add a spoonful of soaked chia seeds and then a spoonful of cooked sev and Rose syrup.
  • STEP 8.Add chopped almonds and cashews.
  • STEP 9.Take a grinder jar and add mango pulp, sugar and Condensed milk. Grind only for 30 sec and refrigerate for cooling.
  • STEP 10.Now, add rose syrup and add diced mango .
  • STEP 11.finally,Royal mango🥭 falooda is ready and Serve chilled.
