0-0.17 cup Besan
0-0.33 nos Green chili ginger pastetbls
0-0.08 nos Halditsp
0-0.08 nos dhaniya powdertsp
0-0.08 nos Garam madalatsp
As required salt to taste
0-0.33 nos lemon juice tbls
As required Green dhaniya leaves
As required Oil
As required tempering
0.17 nos Mustered seedstsp
As required Curry pata
0.33 nos sesame seedstsp
Directions: Roti. Patra.....leftover Roti Recipe
STEP 1.Take besan in a bowl.add mirch ginger paste,haldi, dhaniya powder,garam masala green dhaniya,lemon juice salt and 1 tbls of oil mix it.
STEP 2.Add water and whisk so that there is no lump.
STEP 3.Apply this batter on on side and roll it.
STEP 4.Do with all rotis.
STEP 5.Boil water in pan and steam the roti till set.cool it
STEP 6.Cut into small round .
STEP 7.Heat oil in pan add mustered seeds.curry patta.when cracked add sesame seeds.
STEP 8.Add round roti in this tempering and roasting from both sides.
STEP 9.Eat with chutney or sauce.
