This is very interesting malaysian dish. I was very inquisitive to find how roti jala is made and how it tastes with curry. I saw a few videos online to see how it was made and the results were awesome.

125 gram chicken on the bone about
1/2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
0.19 cup coconut milk
As required Salt
0.19 cup Water
1/2-3/4 tablespoon Oil
2.50-3.75 curry leaves, gelugur/tamarind

1/4 cup All purpose flour
1/4 lightly beaten egg
0.06 teaspoon each of salt and turmeric powder
0.17 cup coconut milk
0.19 cup Water
