Made of leftover flatbread (roti). Roti pices wrapped in a chickpea flour batter and deep fried till become golden brown. Its a nice tea time snacks. I m sure if you try the recipe you will feel good because instead of throughing roti you are enjoying the fritter thoroughly with tea/coffee.
