This soft and creamy ice cream made from the confluence of milkmaid and cream...full of the taste of almonds...with the richness of figs...extremely delicious ice cream.
STEP 1.First of all, soak the figs in 1/2 cup hot milk.
STEP 2.When the figs are thoroughly soaked, make a paste of it in a mixer.
STEP 3.Now take a bowl, add cream in it and beat it till it becomes soft peak.
STEP 4.Now add milk, milkmaid and fig paste and mix well and also add vanilla essence.
STEP 5.Beat everything well once and cut the roasted almonds into small pieces, mix them, put them in another tight container and keep it in the fridge to freeze for 4-5 hours.
STEP 6.Now take it out and beat it once with an electronic beater until it becomes light.
STEP 7.Put the ice cream back in the container and keep it to freezer. Our ice cream will be ready to eat in seven to eight hours.
