STEP 1.Heat ghee in thick bottomed pan saute soji for few minutes.

STEP 3.Knead the dough well and add milk powder and baking soda.
STEP 4.Add little more milk and mix
STEP 5.Make desired shape and deep fry.
STEP 6.Make sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water.Add kesar strands soaked in little milk and mix well.
STEP 7.Soak the deep fried roshbaras in sugar syrup.
