Ingredients for Roshbara Recipe

  • 1/4 cup fine soji
  • 0.19 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Milk powder
  • 0.06 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 Pinches Kesar strands
  • 1/4 tsp Ghee

Directions: Roshbara Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in thick bottomed pan saute soji for few minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add 1/2 cup milk and cook.
  • STEP 3.Knead the dough well and add milk powder and baking soda.
  • STEP 4.Add little more milk and mix
  • STEP 5.Make desired shape and deep fry.
  • STEP 6.Make sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water.Add kesar strands soaked in little milk and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Soak the deep fried roshbaras in sugar syrup.
