Ingredients for ROSE SHAPED MATHRI Recipe

  • 0.13 Cup All purpose flour
  • 1/4 Tbsp Semolina
  • 0.06 Cup Carrot paste
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp Clarified butter
  • 0.03 Tsp Carom seeds
  • 0.03 Tsp Onion seeds
  • 0.13 Cup Oil - for frying

Directions: Rose Shaped Mathri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a large bowl combine together all above listed ingredients
  • STEP 2.The texture should be crumbly.
  • STEP 3.Make a stiff dough with the help of little water.
  • STEP 4.Keep aside for 15 mins.
  • STEP 5.Now roll the dough into thin chapati.
  • STEP 6.Cut into a circle with cookie cutter or cap of the bottle.
  • STEP 7.Now place five circle one by one and fold it and cut in the middle.
  • STEP 8.Heat enough oil in a pan add rose shaped mathri and deep fry till they become crispy.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot with tea.
