Ingredients for Rose samosa Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Potato boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 0.13 cup Paneer ( grated )
  • 1/2 Pieces chhoped green chilli
  • 3/4 tbsp Coriander leaves ( finely chopped )
  • 1/4 tbsp ginger- garlic chopped
  • As Required salt to taste
  • 0.06 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 Cups All purpose flour
  • 0.06 tsp Black Seeds (Kaloji)
  • As Required water/as needed
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 0.38 tbsp Garam masala

Directions: Rose Samosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Keep all the ingredients ready mentioned above in the table.
  • STEP 2.Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • STEP 3.Mix it well. The filling is ready. In a separate bowl, add flour, black seeds, vegetable oil and salt. Mix it well.
  • STEP 4.Add water to make a smooth dough
  • STEP 5.Divide dough into 5 equal parts
  • STEP 6.Take one portion of the dough and divide into 3 parts (lemon size ball).
  • STEP 7.Take a lemon size ball and roll it like a thin puri .
  • STEP 8.Make all the puri's in same size.
  • STEP 9.Apply water on one side of the rolled puri and put another one. do the same with the another one.
  • STEP 10.Put filling in the center of the rolled puri and fold it
  • STEP 11.Roll it from the sides .
  • STEP 12.Apply water at the end and seal it to make sure that it won't open while frying
  • STEP 13.Do the same with the rest of the dough. you can see a beautiful rose samosa is ready for deep frying.
  • STEP 14.Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry it on a low flame till it is light golden in color
  • STEP 15.The samosa is ready, you can enjoy it with your favorite sauce and chatni.
