It is a simple peda but I gave it a unique shape. It is a delicious Indian Sweet. Rose extract is added which brings in the awesome colour and flavour.
STEP 1.1. Take a pan , add ghee in it. Now add milk in it, mic and let it boil for a minute.
STEP 2.2. Add cardamom powder and rose essence in it and mix it.
STEP 3.3. Now add milk powder and mix well with no lumps.
STEP 4.4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
STEP 5.5. Switch off the flame and transfer the mixture into a plate, spread it and Let it cool completely.
STEP 6.6. Add 2 tbsp Ghee on it and mix well.
STEP 7.7. Add sugar powder and mix it well. Knead it and make a smooth dough.
STEP 8.8. Now divide it into 2 portion, one big for red and one small for green.
STEP 9.9. Add few red food colour drops on bigger size dough and mix properly. Add few green food colour drops on smaller dough and mix well. Cover it and let it rest for 5 minutes.
STEP 10.10. Apply ghee on a plain surface, put red dough on it , apply some ghee and roll it thick.
STEP 11.11. Now cut the circles with the help of round cap, remove extra. Place 6-7 circles. Stick one circle to the other of the bud and keep continue wrapping petals of the bud till you are happy with your rose.
STEP 12.12. Make as many roses possible with the dough.
STEP 13.13. For green leaves, cut circles and from that cut leaf shape and stick the leaves with the rose peda.
STEP 14.14. Garnish them with silver vark.
