Ingredients for ROSE LASSI Recipe

  • 1 Cup Fresh curd
  • 1/4 Cup Chilled water
  • 1/4 Cup Rose syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed ice cubes
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Rose petals- for garnishing

Directions: Rose Lassi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a blender. Add fresh curd, chilled water, sugar, rose syrup and ice cubes and blend it.
  • STEP 2.Pour the mixture into the glass.
  • STEP 3.Garnish with crushed almonds and rose petals
