  • 1/20 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/20 cup Sugar
  • 0.03 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/10 cup Coconut Milk

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Gradually add coconut milk and water to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Dip the rose cookie mold in the hot oil for a few seconds.
  • STEP 4.Dip the mold into the batter, ensuring it is coated evenly.
  • STEP 5.Place the coated mold back into the hot oil and fry until the cookies turn golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Remove the cookies from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • STEP 7.Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  • STEP 8.Allow the cookies to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
  • STEP 9.Serve the Rose Cookies as a snack or with tea or coffee.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure the batter is of a pouring consistency, similar to pancake batter.
