STEP 1.First take the slices of the bread and trim the sides.
STEP 2.Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the bread slices. Keep aside.
STEP 3.In a heavy-bottomed pan, boil milk and reduce it. As the milk thickens, stir continuously.
STEP 4.Add sugar and cardamom powder.
STEP 5.Turn off the heat and add rooh afza. Stir and let this cool for few minutes.
STEP 6.In the meantime, make sugar syrup by boiling sugar in 1 cup water.
STEP 7.Soak the bread slices in sugar syrup and start plating.
STEP 8.Pour the prepared rooh afza rabri over the bread slices. Garnish it with pistachios and dried rose petals.
