  • 450 gram pork
  • 3 No.s garlic cloves
  • 2 No.s bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon bell pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoon paprika paste
  • 200 milliliter white wine
  • 450 gram Potatoes
  • As required Pickles
  • As required Olives
  • As required Oil

  • STEP 1.Make a marinade wine, garlic, bay leaf, olive oil, pimentão and paprika powder. Allow the meat to marinate at least 1 hour. Fry some potato cubes.

  • STEP 1.Now fry the marinated meat until brown and then simmer for 35 minutes. Use all the marinade in the recipe. Serve the meat with potato cubes and olives.
