STEP 1.Marinate Rogu fish with salt and turmeric.Now take pan ,add 3 tbsp oil.Heat the oil on medium flame.Now add the fish pieces and fry 3-4 min on each side.Then remove and set aside.
STEP 2.Now add green chillies and stir-fry for 30 sec.Then add mustard paste and turmeric powder, stir-fry 1 min.Now add daab malai paste ,mix well and cook for 1 min. Now add 1 cup of water and bring to boil.Now add fish pieces and chopped daab malai.Cook for 8-10 minutes.Add lemon juice and fennel seed powder and mix well.Turn off the gas.Rohu lemon daab malai is ready.
