Ingredients for Rohu Lemon Daab Malai #BSK Recipe

  • 75 g Rohu fish
  • 3/4 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt according teast
  • 0.19 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tbsp mustard paste(yelloe + black)
  • 0.13 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds powder
  • 0.06 cup Daab Malai paste
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped Daab malai
  • 1/2 pieces Green chillies

Directions: Rohu Lemon Daab Malai #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate Rogu fish with salt and turmeric.Now take pan ,add 3 tbsp oil.Heat the oil on medium flame.Now add the fish pieces and fry 3-4 min on each side.Then remove and set aside.
  • STEP 2.Now add green chillies and stir-fry for 30 sec.Then add mustard paste and turmeric powder, stir-fry 1 min.Now add daab malai paste ,mix well and cook for 1 min. Now add 1 cup of water and bring to boil.Now add fish pieces and chopped daab malai.Cook for 8-10 minutes.Add lemon juice and fennel seed powder and mix well.Turn off the gas.Rohu lemon daab malai is ready.
