  • 2 Pieces Medium tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Hummus
  • 1/4 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli
  • 3 Pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp White vinegar and salt

Directions: Roasted Tomato Hummus Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roast the tomatoes and the garlic or you can bake them in the oven for 25 mins.
  • STEP 2.De-skin it and wash it.
  • STEP 3.Add it in one part hummus with red chili and vinegar.
