  • 3 Lasagna Noodles
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 Egg
  • 1/2 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 Roasted Red Peppers, Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Spinach

Directions: Roasted Red Pepper Lasagna Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375��F (190��C).
  • STEP 2.In a large pot, cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • STEP 5.Layer lasagna noodles, roasted red peppers, spinach, ricotta mixture, and marinara sauce in the baking dish. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of marinara sauce.
  • STEP 6.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the lasagna is hot and bubbly.
  • STEP 7.Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
