  • 1/4 Medium onion, peeled and quartered, layers separated
  • 1/4 inch 2 red bell peppers, seeds removed and cut into
  • 1/2 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • As required Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chopped rosemary, fresh or dry
