1/4 medium onion, peeled and quartered, layers separated
1/2 inch red bell peppers, seeds removed and cut into 1 s
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
As required kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper
1/4 teaspoon chopped rosemary, fresh or dry
0.13 teaspoon garlic powder
As required olive oil spray, I use my Misto
