Ingredients for Roasted Potato & Green Bean Salad Recipe
0.86 inch Medium red potatoes, cut into 1 cubes
0.14 inch Large red onion, cut into 1 pieces
1/25 pound Fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
0.29 tablespoon Olive oil
1.14 Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
As required Vinaigrette
0.29 tablespoon Cider vinegar
0.14 teaspoon Tablespoon minced fresh thyme or 1 dried thyme
0.14 tablespoon Lemon juice
0.14 tablespoon Dijon mustard
0.07 teaspoon Salt
1/25 teaspoon Pepper
1/25 cup Olive oil
