Ingredients for Roasted Poha chivada Recipe

  • 50 g Dry roasted poha
  • 1/5 Cup Oil
  • 1/5 Cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/5 Cup roasted chana daal
  • 1/5 Tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/5 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/5 Cup Chopped dry coconut
  • 0.40 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.40 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/5 As Required Dry mango powder
  • 0.40 Tsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 As Required Salt
  • 2.20 As Required Curry Leaves

Directions: Roasted Poha Chivada Recipe

  • STEP 1.1)Method_collect all ingredients
  • STEP 2.2)Dry Roast the pohas in hot kadahi on slow flame for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.3)Now heat oil add mustard n cumin seeds ,when splutters add peanuts n curry leaves ,saute on slow flame till peanuts become crunchy.
  • STEP 4.4)now add roasted Chana daal n dry coconut till coconut becomes golden brown.
  • STEP 5.5)Now add red chilli powder,turmeric powder ,dry mango powder ,salt mix well.
  • STEP 6.6)Now add poha ,mix well ,sprinkle powdered sugar mix well,off the flame.
  • STEP 7.7)Chivada is ready,let it cool in kadahi then store in airtight container.U can serve when u need.
