  • 1-1.25 pound 1 organic whole chicken, i find mine at trader joe's
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 0.13 Lemon
  • 1/2 Cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt, divided
  • 1/4 inch 2 sweet potatoes, chopped into chunks
  • 1/4 inch 1 onion, peeled with 1/2 chopped into , leave the other 1/2 as is
  • 1/4 can Package pre cut butternut squash, again from trader joe's i like the convenience of already having the squash peeled, seeded, and cut. but you do this yourself, too
