Chicken Biryani can be prepared using different methods but the secret to an aromatic biryani is to dry roast the spices before preparing, marinating the chicken and caramelizing the onions to give the dish a flavourful and mouthwatering taste
1/4 Tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder or sweet paprika powder
3/4 Pieces Golden fried onions
1/2 Pieces Cardamom
1 Pieces Cloves
100 g Basmati Biryani rice
100 g chicken leg pieces big sized
As Required Coriander Leaves (chopped)
3/4 Pieces green chillies..chopped
1/4 Cup add oil
1/4 Tablespoon A lemon or lime juice

STEP 1.First, make a powder of all the spices.
STEP 2.In a bowl add chicken pieces and add made masala, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, curd, chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, lime juice, oil, mix it well, and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour
STEP 3.Now roast marinated chicken in a pan with oil
STEP 4.Once it's done take out the chicken pieces
STEP 5.Now in same pan add some whole spices and add coriander powder, biryani masala, chilli powder, salt, turmeric, dried lemon and rice
STEP 6.Now fry for 2 mins then add water and cook rice on low flame
STEP 7.Finally serve cooked biryani with pan roasted chicken leg pieces
