Ingredients for Roasted chaap Recipe

  • 2.33 Pieces chaap sticks
  • 83.33 g hard curd
  • 0.33 Tbsp Salt
  • 0.33 Tbsp red chilli
  • 0.08 Tbsp Turmeric
  • 0.33 Tbsp coriander powder
  • 0.17 Tbsp garam masla
  • 0.17 Tbsp chaar masala
  • 0.17 Tbsp black salt
  • 0.67 Tbsp Oil

Directions: Roasted Chaap Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly mix all the ingredients in a bowl together and rest it for an hour in fridge then after an hour heat the oil in a pan and then put the chaap, cook it for 5 min covering it with a lid and then flip it and do the same process after that your roasted chaap is ready to eat
