Ingredients for Roasted Cauliflower Hummus Recipe

  • 62.50 g Cauliflower
  • 1/2 tbsp Tahini Paste
  • 1/4 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 0-1/4 nos Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Directions: Roasted Cauliflower Hummus Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preheat oven to 200° . Remove the florets from the head of cauliflower and place them on the backing tray and drizzle little oil and roast for 10-15 minutes or until they are slightly golden.
  • STEP 2.Transfer the roasted cauliflower to mixture jar and add the remaining ingredients. Then just blend until it's creamy. Place it in a bowl and garnish with sunflower seeds and sesame seeds and serve.
