This easy keto roasted cauliflower hummus comes together quickly with tahini, lemon juice, and roasted garlic. It has all the rich flavors of traditional hummus with only a fraction of the carbs.
STEP 1.Preheat oven to 200° . Remove the florets from the head of cauliflower and place them on the backing tray and drizzle little oil and roast for 10-15 minutes or until they are slightly golden.
STEP 2.Transfer the roasted cauliflower to mixture jar and add the remaining ingredients. Then just blend until it's creamy. Place it in a bowl and garnish with sunflower seeds and sesame seeds and serve.
