Ingredients for Roaste Red Pepper And Pumpkin Soup Recipe

  • 2 Red peppers diced Nos
  • 200 gram Yellow pumpkin peeled and diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Vegetable Stock
  • As required Salt
  • As required Red chilli flakes

Directions: Roaste Red Pepper And Pumpkin Soup Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a hot pan add 1 tbsp olive oil. Once oil is hot add 2 cloves of garlic, 2 diced red pepper and 200 gms yellow pumpkin peeled and diced.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Turn the heat to high and mix the vegetables together. Then cover the pan and reduce the heat. Allow vegetables to cook for 4 to 5 minutes. The pumpkin will become tender and and red pepper will have roasted well. Turn off the heat.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Then transfer them to a blender, add ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ cup milk and 1 cup vegetables stock and blend to a smooth puree.

  • STEP 1.Serve soup hot garnished with red chili flakes
