This is a lovely seafood risotto recipe with a hint of lemon. It is a fairly simple recipe with few ingredients but lots of flavor. You can use all shrimp or your favorite seafood mixture.
1/4 cup Arborio rice, or other short grain white rice, uncooked
0.13 cup Dry white wine, or chicken broth
7.25 ounce Chicken broth, heated
1/4 pound Shrimp, medium, uncooked, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice, optional
1/4 teaspoon Lemon peel, grated
1/2 tablespoon Parsley, chopped fresh
