This is one recipe my mother had learned from my granny and i learned from my mother. A perfect recipe to be made in winter season where the markets are flooded with green & fresh vegetables. Aubergine is first roasted & then cooked with green garlic & spring onion along with dry spices. Tastes best when served with bajre ki roti and freshly made dahi.
